At DoWell Dental Products, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our dental instruments and supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our facility.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original sterilization pouches or packaging and pack them securely in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it via a trackable carrier to our designated returns department address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned instruments, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
